Building Automation Systems, or a (BAS) allow the user to schedule all heating and air conditioning systems. In addition, graphics with real-time data and changeable setpoints allow the Facilities department to dial in proper settings and diagnose any systems that may be malfunctioning. We are able to quickly diagnose systems and keep our buildings conditioned properly while keeping utility costs as low as possible. We have the ability to remotely log in and make changes to setpoints and time schedules, often times making changes on the fly from out of Town!
