The role of this subcommittee is to provide an opportunity for detailed discussion and consideration of financial matters, with regular reporting to the full Town Council.
This subcommittee is responsible in reviewing the following tasks:
Town finance issues and serves as the selection and supervising committee for the Town's external audit.
Overseeing the operational budget; capital improvement programming and overseeing the capital budget; financial and program planning; budgeting and accounting; auditing and financial oversight; and debt and sundry financial matters.
Provide advice to council on matters relating to financial stewardship and information technology.
