Overview

This subcommittee is responsible for government relations, policy, ordinances and central offices services. Town Administration provides guidance to Town Council on administrative updates.  The Town Manager gives monthly status updates regarding set of goals to be accomplished within the fiscal year with focus on the following: 

  • Government Accountability
  • Communications
  • Major Capital Projects
  • Land Use
  • Economic Development
  • Personnel Management
  • Facilities Maintenance and Management
  • Infrastructure Maintenance and Management

Since 2006, consider matters of mutual interests affecting the public schools and oversight of school renovations.
