Complete Streets in Bloomfield

Complete Streets is an approach to transportation planning, design, operations, and maintenance. When Complete Streets is applied the Town creates safe and accessible transportation options for Bloomfield Residents and visitors of all ages and abilities. Applying Complete Streets concepts to our roads will bring lasting change in the way we move through out town. Complete Streets principles include equitable access to the Town of Bloomfield, and a close look at connectivity across town and through multiple modes of transit. Complete Streets are safe roads for motorist, pedestrians, transit users, work and emergency vehicles, people with disabilities and school kids.

In 2021 the Town of Bloomfield completed its Complete Streets Master Study and Master Plan.  Copies of the Final Report can be found here:
