Public hearing regarding a Text Amendment to the Bloomfield Zoning Regulations to create a new Section 6.13: Accessory Renewable Energy Structures for Residential Uses. This new section will provide requirements and standards for the installation of building mounted solar panels, freestanding solar panels, and parking lot canopy solar panels.
