This subcommittee is responsible for government relations, central offices and services. Town Administration provides guidance to Town Council on administrative updates. The Town Manager gives monthly status updates regarding set of goals to be accomplished within the fiscal year with focus on the following:
- Major Capital Projects
- Economic Development
- Financial Management
- Personnel Management
- Facilities Maintenance and Management
- Infrastructure Maintenance and Management
Since 2006, this subcommittee became a joint committee with the Board of Education to consider matters of mutual interests affecting the public schools and oversight of school renovations.
