If you are 65 years old or older, or if you are on Social Security Disability, you can apply for a reduction in your property tax assessment. You may also be entitled to additional reductions if you are legally blind or a veteran. See income limits and documentation needed to apply (PDF). Applications can be filed at the Assessor's Office in Bloomfield Town Hall.
Application Program Period is from February 15th to May 15th.
